The hepatocellular adenoma is a rare benign tumor, occupying on non-cirrhotic liver, especially in man. we experienced a case of hepatccellular adenoma from a 34 year-old, HBs Ag positive, man. The hepatocellular adenoma with severe dysplasia was
confirmed by histologic examination after operation.
